Sandvik in China is seeking for a Senior Recruiter in Beijing
Job Title:
Senior Recruiter, China HRServices
The position holder would directly report to China HRServices Recruitment Lead, below please refer to the job description:
Key performance areas:
? Independently responsible for end-to-end recruiting activities to ensure right people with right quantity provided to assigned business area at right time;
? Act as gate keep for talent acquisition for both internal and external recruitment by conducting structure interview as a representative of HR, adopting occupational personality or other related test, reference check and good command of recruiting process management to ensure high quality and visible fairness;
? Partner, educate and coach hiring managers to ensure them get professional advice / suggestion in recruiting stage which lead to good hiring decisions;
? Review, find gap and propose initiatives to continuously improve internal customer relationship and candidates’ experience in recruiting stage;
? Strategic search and pipeline candidates for manager level positions per assignment;
? Develop market intelligence at talent market by utilizing and developing various skill/methods, like talent mapping, data analysis, etc.
? Lead project based recruitment
? Work together with HRSC team member, contribute to HR projects which run inside recruitment function
Your profile:
? Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
? Minimum 5 years end-to-end recruiting experience in social recruitment;
? Sound knowledge and practice in Behavior Based interviews and familiar with assessment center;
? Good organization savvy, interpersonal, coaching and influence skill;
? Good communication in both Chinese and English;
? Good sense of business priority, customer focus;
? Can work well under high pressure;
? Strong team work spirit;
? Good learning agility;
? Independent, reliable, proactive and result-oriented;
? Operational skill in word, excel, PPT;
? HR shared service working experience is a plus;
? Social media recruitment experience/skill is a plus
? Good networking with recruitment agency or campus is a plus.
