Job description:

Develop overall development plan and program for new features and enhancements. Work closely with QA team and lead whole team to ensure the product releases on time with high quality.

Skill and experience required:
*At least 10 years hands-on experience on developing commercial software products, either on .Net or Java.
* Excellent communication skill and management experience as team lead
* Familiar with databases application development, knowing well with Oracle or MS SQL server, experience of Sybase/DB2/MySQL is a plus.
*Solid experience in Java programming and master J2EE framework, and experience in C programming is a plus.
*Familiar with networking and Linux programming is a plus.
*BS or above in Computer Science/Engineering.
