Ovum is a prestige global analyst company for the Telecoms, IT and the Internet industry. Headquartered in London, we are looking for an energetic and experienced customer relationship manager to join our Beijing office.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and motivated team player who is passionate about providing service and support to our blue-chip client companies.
Primary roles & responsibilities:
- Promote and encourage the use of Ovum services already purchased by our key accounts, as to ensure renewal of contracts and to drive growth of consulting revenues.
- Maintain existing accounts and encourage usage of Ovum's research by proactively calling customers on a daily basis and making sure they understand what content is available through their contracts.
- Build relationships with gatekeeper/users and act as their day-to-day contact by providing relevant customer support and service.
- Compile and monitor usage data for key accounts monthly, or as and when required.
Skills & Experience
Target and deadline driven with strong prioritising, planning and organisation skills, you will be able to plan and manage all aspects of client contact.
- Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- ICT literate with 2 years customer service experience, ideally within a telecoms and/or IT environment.
- Effective presentation and service product demonstration
