Job Responsibilities:
? Monitor the quality and timeliness of monthly Intercompany &AR accounting tasks, includingbut not limited to
o Manage procedures to ensure compliance of accounting compliance over Intercompany and AR related accounts;
o Intercompany reconciliation & Dispute, Out of Balances resolution
o Cadency preparation, delegation, review and communication of Intercompany & AR reports
? Lead the team to change/create new processes through Value Stream analysis workshops to identify process deficiencies and implement productivity initiatives; Develop and drive effective implementation plans, removing barriers and roadblocks; Fulfill RtR annual OPEX initiatives.
? Manage team performances, developments and KPIs, conduct the annual object setting and periodically review; Understand team development needs and improve team’s engagement steadily.
Requirements/Qualifications:
? Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance;
? At least six years' of working experience in financialaccountingaspects;
? People Manager experience is a plus;
? Fluent English communication and written skills;
? Experience working collaboratively with cross sites and sector teams
