职位描述：
-Answer and transfer the calls
-Receive and distribution of fax and office mails
-Maintaining office equipment ( telephone system, copier, fax machine, printers...)
-Receiving the guests to the office
-Typing/filing document
-Daily office administration support
-Other works assigned by manager


Knowledge and Skill requirements

-Diligent and a fast learner
-Good oral communication skills both in Chinese and English
-Details initiated
-Be familiar with MSOffice (Word/Excel)
This is an on-going job so we prefer senior students who can work at least 5 days per week lasting more than 6 months 举报 分享
