职位描述：
Scope of Responsibility/工作职责:
1.Assist RXGC President in compiling reports, budgets and business plans
2.Arrange business meetings and prepare meeting minutes
3.Assist RXGC President to develop rapport, maintain good relationships with respective business units, trade boards, supporting associations and RX foreign offices
4.Gather information from respective business units and compile monthly report in monitoring sales progress and effectiveness program
5.Support RXGC President in compiling market information and presentation materials
6.Provide administrative support to RXGC President which includes handling the incoming mails, messages, filing and making travel arrangement
7.To manage office administration and ensure the smooth operations and tidiness of the office


Qualifications/任职资格:
1.Up to two years of experience as executive assistant or of marketing or PR function
2.Fluent in written and spoken English with a strong working grasp of translation competence
3.Good time management skills and interpersonal skills
4.Possess good and proactive attitude
5.Can work well under high pressure
6.Careful, detailed and good command of PPT, Excel and Word 举报 分享
