1. Responsible for process and reports (SL operative result, volume) for month end and year end reporting.
2. Analyze and follow up the costs impact caused by R&D CR. Design the supervision system of the purchasing price against the respective components in order to make sure the accuracy of products costs. Keep the observations on costs saving progress of cost models and indicate the relevant risk against the delay or cancellation projects.
3. Control warranty claim and QFB process and related accounting handling. Prepare the quality costs analysis report by monthly.
4. Preparation of WIP, stock reports, attrition and scrap rate analysis report. Take lead and track the action plan in order to avoid the manufacturing waste.
5. Analyze difference of actual vs. planning production order costs; make necessary disclosure of factors resulting in gap.
6. Cooperate with IE Dept. to prepare the annual updating of Std. hours and routing by respective products type. Work out the hourly rate and allocation key for common costs set up in SAP. Analyze the over/under costs absorption and reconcile the contribution margin bridge between SL P&L and project results.
7. Assist lean production team to promote the productivity improvement. Set up the KPI standard and report the results to GK management team regularly.
8. Involve in the planning of plant capacity and monitor the percentage of in-housing and outsourcing for the key components assumed in budget.
9. Supports Controller in performance overview of factory and financial decision making such as investment decision、make or buy 、leasing or buy and so on.
10. Follows up process and activities of supply line, implement/improve procedure and policies for management purpose
11. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree major in Financing or Accounting;
2.Good communication skill; at least CET-4; Familiar with cost structure of manufacturing company and standard costs method.
3.5 years above experiences in multinational enterprise (with manufacturing function), with at least 2 year in a supervisor position, costing accounting experience is a prerequisite; SAP experience is preferred.
