SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
ü Understand and monitor Kallista & Ann Sacks' distributors, competitors and other market information.
ü Maintain a close connection with major specifies, interior contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry respective region.
ü Coordinate, develop, evaluate and audit yearly budget of sales development execution in respective region.
ü Develop and supervise a strategic, consistent and long-term sales network.
ü Recommend, guide, develop and assess new sales network.
ü Advise on problem solving methods in relation to distributors and customers complaints.
ü Coordinate the sales activities in respective region in order to achieve the sales objectives.
ü Provide training and guidance to the Salesman to increase awareness of the importance and profitability of market.
ü Maintain the competitiveness of the sales activities and be well-versed on the market situation and the competition.
ü Maintain Kohler China management being informative on the market situation by providing information on competitor's product, distributors' business strategies and other related information advantageous to the company.
ü Analyze competitive marketing methods and recommend responsive adaptations for the company to retain advantage.
ü Maintain relationship with trade groups, and all internal and external sources that can contribute to development of product ideas to satisfy consumer needs.
ü Perform additional projects assigned by the BD Manager and/ or the management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
ü Bachelor's degree required.
ü Minimum of 3 years of business experience in Marketing & Sales.
ü Demonstrated experience in brand and project management, especially new product/ brand launch.
ü Knowledge of financial statements, as well as financial and unit forecasting methods.
ü Demonstrated experience in writing business and marketing plans. Result-oriented and ability to work closely with sales team and build relationship.
ü Demonstrated leadership ability.
ü Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English, both orally and written, at all levels of the organization.
ü Frequency of travel approximately 30%.
