Shanghai Forwarding customer service + indoor Sales
Requirement:
- University graduate or above, major in international transportation or trading is prior, speaking and written English both fluently,good communication skill.
- be senior (at least 3 years of working experience) in Freight forwarding (and logistic if possible)
- familiar with both sea and air freight operations procedure is prior
- Sales minded oriented with potential sales ability, good customer service attitude
- Team work spirit, highly responsible person.
- Can work well under pressure.

Job Description :

Answer reactively to the incoming customer inquiries via phone and email providing accurate OP and sales information to clients in cooperation with Sales team.
Develop and provide a professional friendly communication style with customers.

Provide professional solution for customers for their logistics problem,

be proactive by providing alternative solutions as available
Perform a follow up contact by email / phone and visit by reporting to sales
Issue quotation
Attend sales group meeting on weekly basis but also concerning sales target, forecast, reporting on market situation
Assist for others sales lead identifying decision maker among the targeted leads in order to start sales process : Cold calling
Sell our services to existing clients : call existing clients of the company to try to sell additional products or services.
