RESPONSIBLE OF ACCOUNTANCY AND ADMINISTRATION OF APPLUS IDIADA GROUP IN CHINA (IDIADA CHINA BUSINESS UNIT)

MISSION AND REPORTING

Your will be part of the finance and Administration team of Applus IDIADA Group in China and you will act as junior controller, supervising the business unit accountancy.
You will report to the Head of Corporate Services (HCS) of IDIADA China Business Unit (BU) as well as to the Finance and Administration department from IDIADA Headquarters, located in Spain (EU).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will support the HCS of IDIADA China BU to preparefinancial and administrative internal and external audits.
- You will supervise the BU accountancy (performed by an external agency), and you will prepare the reporting to the HCS. You will take care of the finance controlling (accountancy, tax, treasury, invoicing...), receiving the support from the administrative staff of IDIADA China BU.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Ms or Bachelor University Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
- Having a postgraduate course in Finance controlling / Accountancy or similar is an asset.

Professional Experience and personal skills:
- Experience including financial, budgetary, fiscal, and legal issues:
- Professional experience in a similar position is an asset .
- Proven previous professional experience as junior auditor (in an audit firm/consultancy firm) or in charge of preparing the company for quality and finance audits is an asset.
- With professional experience as accountant, with knowledge of invoicing and local taxation.
- Advanced user of the MS office tools is a must, especially, excel and power point.
- Having work with ERP's like NAVISION or SAP (finance and accountancy module) is an asset and very welcome
- Technical confidence in accountancy.
- With recognisable service orientation and with proactive approach.
- Methodical, rigorous and with excellent analytical skillsto perform the accountancy and to keep under control all the administrative procedures of the company.
- With high level of commitment to the job and identification with corporate objectives.



- Able to discuss technical issues at different hierarchical levels and with people from different cultures inside multinational organisations.
- Open to travel if required.

Languages:
- Chinese (mandarin) as native
- Advanced level in English (both Spoken and Written)

LOCATION
IDIADA office in Shanghai, China.
