Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Will build a small team to conduct market research and develop strategy for the company to win China Water Quality business
Lead market research to analyze industrial trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics; understand China Water Quality market development direction, growth driver, and winning factors in different segments;
Continue market segmentation to identify new business opportunities in current served market or adjacent market space, develop strategy to grow business;
Work with cross functional teams (BU, Sales, Marketing) to develop segment focus strategy when needed


Job Sepcifications:


Bacheor degree in Marketigng or equivalent business related field. MBA or Master degree preferred
5+ years experience in market research, strategy development required;
Experience in water industry or analytical instrument business experience preferred.
Consultant firm working experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and cross functional teams required.
Excellent communication (both Chinese and English) and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work well and excel under pressure and tight deadlines.
Goal-oriented, metric driven and results based.
