JOB DESCRIPTION:
The proposed role within Sarment Company will be Store Sales Assistant in Sarment Shanghai Value Retail Store. The position holder will support the store’s operation, store sales and Sarment clients.

The position holder will report to the Store Supervisor.

He/she will take store duty as per the store’s rules.

The position will entail the following responsibilities:
Achieve and offer the highest standards of customer service to Sarment customers;
Be part of the Sarment Shanghai Value Retail store team and contribute to the opening/launch;
Proactively doing sales in the store to achieve sales targets;
Help Sarment customers at the store to choose the wines for different occasions;
Contribute to the upsell of wine apparel and services such as wine tasting, etc.;
Operate company SAP system with patience and details oriented, take initiatives on placing orders according to company rule;
Support the management on the logistics in the store, including wines inventory maintenance ,the organization of wine delivery to customers, package, etc.;
Participate in training sessions provided by Sarment, growing wine knowledge, sales skills and general administrative skills;
Assist in organising and implementing events held in the store, including setup and ensuring members and customers are invited, as directed by the Management Team, if necessary;
Coordinate with accounting regarding sales and payments；
Other duties assigned by the line manager or other sales managers.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in wine, F&B or luxury
Well-organized and responsible
Sales-driven personality
Good negotiation skills
Team spirit
Good English & Chinese
Basic computer skills
Wine knowledge is a plus but interest in wine is a must
Luxury, F&B, wine industry store sales experience is a plus 举报 分享
