Role Profile
Objectives: To deliver commercial strategy to ensure profitable sales and growth with the defined channel/ territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development – Key accounts & projects
- Achieve performance targets set in sales revenue and gross profit for Professional Food Service business for the assigned sector and territory through project and Channel Sales.
- To develop and execute the business development and sales plan through different channel management- Develop new sales leads with existing accounts and new accounts
- Provide sales quotation
- Manage key accounts customers relationship, handle issues and promote new services.
Accounting:
- Responsible for tracking and collecting overdue payment
Reporting:
- Prepare the weekly & monthly sales report
- Tracking of sales targets
- Monitor and update management on market trends, competitors' activities (pricing & strategies) and end-user preferences through constant communication with both internal and external parties.
Capabilities and Skills
(Nature of knowledge required in job to accomplish objectives and create value. Knowledge may be acquired through formal education and/or work experience and/or regional exposure)
Professional:
Degree in Business Administration/ Engineering
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Minimum with 6 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing and/ or relationship management area
Technical:
Project management
Deal structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution
Good analytical and business acumen skill
Good written and communication skill
Presentation skill
Business consultation skill
Good interpersonal skill
Good MS Office PC Knowledge
Language : English & Chinese
Business:
Knowledge of commercial food service business
Experience in sales
