职位描述
Purpose of this position
1,Plan, develop, execute and review human resource management policies, as well as general administrative functions in China, including Guangzhou office and other offices, with the objective to improve Company's competitiveness.
2,In charge of various area of human resource management and general administration, including recruitment, training/development, compensation/staff welfare and other benefits, employee communications, facility/property management and legal affairs, while formulating policies that are strictly complying with legal requirements.
Minimum Requirements
1,Bachelor Degree in Business or HR related area, or higher is desirable.
2,Extensive, professional experience in HR and GA practice area plus excellent management skills and expertise in multi-cultural environment are essential.
3,Management Skills

2. Recruiting and retaining of key talents
3. Compensation & benefit planning and administration
4. Employee education and training;
5. Employee communication and organizational development
6. Team management
