职位描述：
岗位职责 ：

开发绿色建筑新技术，从事绿色建筑与建筑节能相关技术的咨询工作以及绿色建筑评价认证工作。

1.熟悉绿色建筑和建筑节能的设计理念，了解绿色建筑的评价体系，并具有一定的独立研究和评估能力，可独立完成能耗、自然通风、采光等模拟工作，并撰写项目方案
2.协助上级完成绿色建筑/LEED认证的资料准备工作；
3.协助上级完成绿色建筑/LEED认证中建筑物理模拟分析报告，设计优化方案；
4.协助上级完成绿色建筑/LEED认证的资料提交工作；
5.协助上级完成绿色建筑/LEED认证的专家评审、答疑工作；
6.协助上级落实咨询、业主、设计、施工和运营管理各方对绿色建筑/LEED认证最优方案的执行；
7.项目资料管理
8.完成公司上级以上交给的其他工作

任职资格 ：
1.暖通、空调、制冷类相关专业以及建筑环境类专科或以上学历；扎实的暖通专业基础；具有暖通领域设计及配合施工工作经验者优先；
2.有以下经验者优先：能熟练使用IES-VE、eQuest、Energyplus、DeST、DesignBuilder、ECOTECT、Raynoise、Cadna/A、Phoenics、Airpak进行相关的建筑物理模拟计算分析能做暖通空调相关的能耗、舒适度、气流组织相关分析评估与工程设计咨询工作；
3.有中国绿色建筑标识星级认证，美国LEED认证经验者优先；
4.中/英语读、写、听、说流利；
5.身体健康 举报 分享

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Industry and Facilities (I&F) Division is one of the four operation platforms of Bureau Veritas in China. It provides conformity assessment and technical consulting services related with QHSE and Social Responsibility to domestic and foreign companies, from small to very large ones in the fields of industry, construction, and management systems, aiming at creating added value for clients through assistance in risk management and performance optimization.
