Reports to: Director of Marketing, Flight Centre Greater China
About the Opportunity:
The role of the Senior Marketing Executive or Assistant Marketing Manager focuses on working collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, Product Manager, Ops Leaders, Team Leaders and Brand Leaders to bring together multi-channel initiatives for our target markets across all Flight Centre brands.
Key Responsibilities:
? Understanding business needs and objectives, and identifying consumer/business trends and opportunities Implementing the marketing, destination and co-operative plans
? Delivering enquiry levels at an agreed cost per enquiry
? Development of communications and product offers to optimize the brand value proposition and target customer segment revenues
? Development of communications and product offers to optimize the brand value proposition and target customer segment revenues
? Exploring opportunities to market to both the expat and high-end locals in China
? Working with the Marketing and Artworks Team to develop advertising, campaigns, communications and publications for defined customer segments
? Identifying relevant external partners as opportunities to maximize sales outcomes
? Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure campaign activity is relevant
? Co-ordinate PR and event opportunities
? Establish and manage relationships with key suppliers
? Assist in managing events Ad hoc work as required
Key Requirements:
? At least 4 years relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing in China
? Has a good understanding of the expat market and high-end local in key tier cities in China
? A tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent
? Good understanding of digital marketing, especially WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, and other platforms highly utilized in China
? Able to execute multi-channel and cross-channel campaigns
? Strong communication skills
? The ability to meet exacting deadlines and to manage projects to time and cost
? Confidence to network within expat communities

? Fluent in English and Mandarin
