Business Unit Manager



Responsibilities:

Manage the operations of Business Unit according to established goals, objectives, and policies

Follows direction set by Chief Executive Officer.

Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.

Provides direction and structure for operating unit.

Participate in developing policy and strategic plans.



Qualifications:

Bachelor' s degree or above;

Excellent command of both English and Mandarin Chinese, overseas experience preferred;

5+ years'experience in a multinational corporation; sales or marketing background preferred;

Comprehensive knowledge of localization industry will be a big plus;

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and extended team members;

Motivated, resourceful and committed to excellence.



This role will base in CSOFT headquarter Beijing. Qualified HK or overseas professionals are more than welcome.
