职位描述：
1、Report to top management and oversee IT Application Development of HK & PRC offices
       配合上级及海外IT应用发展（香港和中国内地公司）。
2、In charge of App/ Database system implementation including market research and evaluation of available systems, user requirement  discussions, system testing support, production release and other tasks
      负责App/数据库系统的维护，包括：市场研究，系统测评，用户需求研究，系统测试报告，产品发布等。
3、Understanding user requirements of function enhancement and conveying the requirements to either vendors or development teams
      配合供应商及开发团队完成用户需求和功能改进
4、Co-ordination of activities across interlinked projects and overall planning and reporting
      协调配合相关项目，企划及报告
5、Practical experience in project management and development of software & network
     项目管理，软件和系统开发
岗位要求：
1、Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
       计算机及信息技术相关科目学位
2、10 years relevant experience of which 3 years in managerial level in financial institution
      10年相关工作经验，且至少3年金融机构的管理经验
3、Experience in business analysis and deployment of complex application, systems integration
       业务部署，复合应用整合，系统整合相关经验
4、Project management experience in IT service management and controls
      IT服务管理相关经验
5、Experience in writing business application specification, operational workflow, documentation business and technical specification
      制定商业企划书，操作流程，文件业务和技术规范的经验
6、Ability to translate users’ requirements into technical specifications for IT development
       从IT层面将用户需求转化成技术规范
7、Good knowledge of Linux, Windows, VM virtualization
      熟练操作Linux，Window，VM virtualization等软件
8、Results-driven, forward-thinking, excellent in problem solving and decision making, good at communication and tactful in dealing with people of all levels.
      前瞻思维，解决问题及决策制定，善于沟通，交际能力强
9、Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic and challenging working environment
      能够在挑战性及活力性的工作环境中挑战自我
10、Occasional travel to China is required
        不定时前往中国内地出差
