职位描述：
General Purpose & Objectives目的和任务：
Ensure cash safe and appropriate payment;保证资金的安全和合理支付；Ensure AR,AP inter-co balance correct; 应收应付款项余额准确，处理及时；Provide the high-quality supporting and service for operation,为公司的正常运营提供优质的支持和服务。

Key Responsibilities主要工作责任：
1, Bank & Cashier 银行及现金管理
      1)、Check and verify employee’s disbursement paper report align with company’s policy
       严格按照公司财务制度审核、结算员工日常报销
      2)、Responsible for bank payment transactions, both in Foreign and local RMB currency timely and accurately
      及时准确地处理国内外网上银行付款业务和手工付款业务（例如：支票，电汇凭证）
      3)、Responsible for Loan IC card annual inspection and Bank account management including account opening, closing and signatory updates
      办理贷款卡年检，银行年检，银行账户开户、变更、关闭等事项
      4)、Assistant to Hedging
      协助办理远期交易事项
      5) 、Prepare actual and FCST cash flow report and monitor bank account balances to secure cash healthy
      完成每周的现金流量表编制，能随时提供银行账户余额
2, Tax and Invoice 税务及发票
      1）、Responsible for issue relevant to VAT invoice and Business tax .
      办理增值税进项税额抵扣及金税系统抄报税等相关税务事宜
      2）、Sales invoice paste and post
      销售发票的粘贴、整理和寄送
3, Responsible for staff T&E report or other payment requirement checking complied with company policy
     负责按公司的政策核对员工费用报销或其它付款申请
4, Accounting booking 财务凭证管理
     Filling all finance documents整理会计凭证，定期完成凭证装订;
5, Filing SOP and all related documents in share folder
     将工作流程图及各相关工作文件存档在公共盘内
6, Other jobs required by management管理层分配的其他工作

Quality Requirements资历要求：
Education & Working Experience 教育及工作经验:
*Bachelor above with major in accounting, finance and economics ;
 本科以上学历，财务相关专业。
*2 years relevant working experience;
 两年相关工作经验。

Special Knowledge专业知识:
*Solid accounting knowledge, have a good professional background, and master financial literacy. Hold accountant license.
 有良好的专业背景，并且掌握财务知识，持有会计证。
*Understand the basics of accounting and the accounting treatment.
 了解会计的基础知识与账务处理方法。
Competency技能:
*Familiar with financial software and a variety of office software.
 熟练使用财务软件及各种办公软件。
*Good at handling processes affairs, good learning ability, ability to work independently.
 善于处理流程性事务、良好的学习能力、独立的工作能力。
*Corporate finance experience is preferred.
 有公司财务工作经验者优先。
*Have good oral and written English.
