The Role (Reference:1180-China):

Working at 2020 means that you will be immersed in global projects using cutting edge technologies. Collaborating with colleagues in various countries abroad, you will play an important role as ERP Implementation Supervisor working on our ERP applications. Your role will be (but not limited to) to lead a team to implement IMOS project for the customers in the industry. If you thrive on challenges, collaboration, using latest technologies and international exposure, then this opportunity may be the perfect fit for you. Ideal candidates will be familiar with IMOS products, highly committed to team success, be very customer service oriented, possess strong leadership and be adaptable and flexible with change.

What you’ll do:
? To get familiar with company’s IMOS software and understand its design principle.
? To be responsible for IMOS project implementation: discuss with customers about their requirements on IMOS software, analyse their requirements, lead IMOS team to set up database model and provide the corresponding system configuration.
? To review the implementation practices in the industry, improve company’s IMOS solution and participate in part of the pre-sales work.
? To lead the IMOS team, assist customer team to handle IMOS related inquiries.
? To get involved in project management, assist project manager complete relevant IMOS tasks assignments, follow up on tasks assigned and solutions to technical problems.

What you’ll need:
? Bachelor degree or above with major in computer or related management.
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in IMOS software database model setup and implementation.
? With domain knowledge and experience of furniture industry is preferred.
? Experience in managing a small team.
? With project management experience
? Candidate should be willing to travel

? 熟练操作公司imos软件并深入了解其设计原理
? 负责imos项目的实施：与客户沟通imos软件需求，分析需求并带来团队进行相应的imos建库工作和系统配置工作
? 总结行业经验，完善公司imos解决方案。并参与部分售前工作
? 带领团队，协助客服部门进行imos相关的答疑
? 参与项目管理，协助项目经理完成相关的imos任务的分配、跟进和技术难题的解决

任职资格

? 计算机或管理类相关专业本科以上学历
? 5年或以上imos软件的建库经验和实施经验，有家具行业其它职位从业经验更佳
? 有小型团队管理经验
? 有项目管理经验
? 愿意接受出差安排
