1)能及时将价格输入更新到系统中和网页中，保证客人在询价时能得到及时的信息。
2)能够及时把成本费用反馈给公司的销售部门。
3)能够与其他代理商进行价格讨论。
4)有着认真的工作态度，良好的创新和进取的工作精神。
5)能够及时向代理商提供价格。
职位要求：
1)本科及以上毕业。
2)具备熟练的计算机和Office运用能力，熟悉与运输相关的软件操作。
3)拥有乐观和乐于助人的工作态度。
4)认真、勤奋，具备良好的组织能力和及时完成多项工作的能力。

Fast growing and innovative international moving and logistics company is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join our team of professionals in Shanghai.
The role encompasses the following:
- Requesting, entering and updating rates and pricing into our IT system and website so as to allow instant responses to client pricing enquiries
- Responding to internal costing requests from various Sales Departments
- Reviewing and, if necessary, querying invoices from industry partners when such invoices vary against agreed and expected pricing
- Actively examining ways and means of improving and expanding rates coverage to enhance our rates database
- Responding to large RFP and RFQs from corporate accounts and industry partners
Interested candidates should possess the following:
· A Bachelor’s Degree
· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience of working with very large spreadsheets
· Good spoken and written English
· Fluency in Mandarin
· Good interpersonal and people skills
Students graduating from university this year are encouraged to apply.
