职位描述：
Job Descrption
1. 1Directs Compliance Function at local branch level and prioritises the accompanying resources and budget
2. Sets direction for internal Compliance policy aspects e.g. monitoring programme, provide compliane advice, regulatory interpretation and promotes Compliance best practice locally
3. Responsible for the completion of Global Compliance deliverables at a local branch level
4. Implementation of direction for the Compliance function to achieve its objectives in close cooperation with business and regional Compliance management
5. Has oversight for regulatory landscape locally, as well as business risks providing compliance support for any significant corrective action plans driven by the business
6. Maintain daily working relationship with local regulator according to local organisational structure including regular reporting/coordination. etc.
7. Conduct AML relevant coordination work in branch level, and anti-fraud, sanction related, etc
8. Management on chop/license for all local entities, and oversight all local legal and compliance file and data filing.

Job Requirements:
1. University degree or equivalent required
2. 2 years compliance or related experience in insurance company or financial entity (graduate with huge potential is considered)
3. Excellent knowledge of oral and written Chinese and English
4. Good general experience in Compliance area of work
