Position: Sr. Recruiter

职位： 高级招聘专员
· Independently handle massive recruiting activities for junior to middle level positions 独立完成从初级到中级职位的招聘
· Deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen suitable candidates.明确理解职位描述和职位背景以找到合适的候选人
· Develops innovative sourcing solutions. Consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities. 开发有效的招聘渠道，持续评估现有和新兴的招聘机会
· Arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices. 安排面试流程，向业务部门提供面试和雇佣建议。
· Treat the resume professionally and build up talent pools. 用专业的方式处理简历，建立人才库。
· Update recruitment tracking report.更新招聘报告。
· Negotiate offer details and manage offer process.与候选人沟通聘书条款，管理聘用流程。
· Assist in preparing and sending offer letter. 为候选人准备并发放聘书。

Requirements:职位要求：
§ Over 4 years HR related working experience including at least 2 years recruiting experience. 4年以上人力资源相关经验，至少2年的招聘经验。
§ event/ad/PR/digital industry working experience is preferred 最好有活动、广告、公关、数码行业背景
§ Good English in Listening, Speaking and Written, etc. 熟练的英语听说，读，写能力
§ Excellent interpersonal qualities, including problem solving, influencing, negotiating 优秀的人际关系能力，包括解决问题能力，影响和谈判能力
