Sandvik in China is seeking for a HR Generalist in Zhenjiang

Job Title:
HR Generalist, China HRServices

The position would directly report to China HRServices HRS Head. Please refer to the job description stated below:

Key performance areas:
? Provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to line managers across all business areas within the country or region and ensure quality delivery of complex & specialist activities within your area of expertise, or across a number of areas of expertise;
? Be responsible for using sound judgment and discretion to interpret policies and procedures and apply them appropriately for the situation. You will also be offering coaching, advice and guidance to Sandvik line managers in order to actively raise their understanding of and expertise in people management and HR issues including reinforcing the delivery model for HR services by directing the customer to the correct channels.
? Provide face to face support to managers in high risk or complex situations and in some cases will be responsible for more than one Sandvik site or providing support across a number of Generalist/specialist service areas.

Your profile:
? Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
? Minimum 5 years HR experience;
? Experienced in 2+ HR modules like recruiting, training, performance management, employee relationship and C&B.
? Good communication in both Chinese and English;
? Familiar with labor law and related regulations in Zhenjiang.
? Good interpersonal skills;
? Good sense of business priority, customer focus;
? Can work well under high pressure;
? Strong team work spirit;
? Good learning agility;
? Independent, reliable, proactive and result-oriented;
? Operational skill in word, excel, PPT;
? 3+ years working at factory is a plus.
