工作要求:
COMPONENTS HOMOLOGATION SENIOR ENGINEER - IDIADA CHINA



Education: Ms Engineering Degree (preferably mechanical engineering or automotive specialization). It is also well valued a Post Graduate in Physics with specialization in Optics.
Age: between 27 to 35 years old (not mandatory).
Language skills: Native in Chinese (mandarin). Very Advanced in English
Mission: You will support to develop our business regarding the Homologations with local (Chinese) clients. You will act as homologation inspector and prepare homologation package to grant approval Certificate: it means to fully understand technical legislation, to prepare and carry out the required homologation tests and to perform correspondent dealings (homologation reports) with clients as well as with ministry and governmental bodies.


Responsibilities:
§ Witness testing of optical products and other possible vehicle components at manufacturer locations for homologation purposes, preparation and presentation of test reports with the support of the homologation department in IDIADA Automotive Technology which is placed in HQ.
§ Understanding needs of customers and assisting the Sales Team in China to develop and increase homologation business in China for optical products but also for other vehicle components.
§ Technical validation according to directives/regulations
§ To manage projects regarding homologations (coordination of activities, cost control, project follow-up, definition of targets, proposals for getting the targets...)
§ To create, develop and manage a team of Engineers supporting testing activities in this field
Requirements:
§ Around 2 years of experience in a similar position is an asset.
§ Previous experience performing homologation activities is welcomed, especially focussed on vehicle components homologations. The wider experience in automotive homologation, the better: in passive safety, active safety, powertrain, testing abilities, technical documentation, ...
§ Experience with EC directives and US regulations is an asset. Experience as engineer focussed either in optical products design or in testing optical products (lamps, mirrors, etc) is an asset.
§ Strong customer and service orientation, with high level of initiative and proactive approach. With high level of commitment with the responsibilities and high identification with corporate objectives.
§ Good communication skills (able to teach clients about technical requirements). Confident with the ability to convince through technical arguments.
§ Able to work on an entrepreneurial, dynamic and very international environment (daily contact with foreign colleagues).
§ Willingness to travel if required.
