职位描述：
岗位职责
负责生产线相关机台、设备的维护
负责监控生产线状况，保持和维护生产线的正常生产
负责第一时间分析和处理影响正常生产的各种系统或机台故障
总结并准备生产线相关问题的报告，对进一步改进和完善进行技术性分析和建议
辅助相关工程人员，对新进机台、设备进行评估、安装、校验和调试
按时完成主管分派的其他工作
能接受轮班工作

职位要求：
大专以上学历，电子工程或机械工程专业。能写和讲简单英语
对半导体工业及生产线有基本的了解，有两年以上半导体封装生产线 (EOL)维护经验者优先
良好的机械维护能力，对各类问题会作进一步的分析及提供解决方案
良好的团队合作精神，主动积极
熟练掌握 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 等办公软件 举报 分享
