Job duties:
- The post holder will be reporting to National Purchasing Director.
- The appointee will be responsible for supplies and product development functions including materials sourcing, new product development for food and non-food category, new food outlet opening and renovations.
- He / She will also responsible to develop a strategic procurement function to support the development of all operations and regularly review the procurement processes in the East Region.

Requirement:
- Degree holder in purchasing & supplies or a related business discipline
- At least 4 years relevant managerial experience, preferably with knowledge of catering and pre-opening experience
- Effective negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Familiar with the food supply market is a must
- Solid experience in food outlet and kitchen pre-opening
- Mature, analytical thinking, resourceful with good initiative, flexible to cope with change and able to work under pressure and a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Cantonese would be benefited
- Proficient in Microsoft software both in English & Chinese
