职位描述
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and design the annual Experiential Marketing strategy and plan, implement national and regional event to fulfil overall marketing objectives.
- Liaison with external parties and strategic partners, support Marketing (Director/Manager) to define and create appropriate customer experience, in order to enhance the brand awareness and generate more business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a yearly event calendar, design and implement national and regional brand/sales event in accordance with marketing objectives, and publish an updated version regularly to all parties involved
- Implement pre and post marketing event evaluation reports and communicate the success of each event to Marketing Manager on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Coordinate with importers/dealers to work out the best ways to support local sales and brand/product communication.
- Plan, execute and evaluate annual Dealer Conference/workshop
- Manage the event agency and all other relevant agencies to work out the best way to support marketing objectives.
- Identify and implement the sponsorship projects to raise the brand awareness but also support the sales.
- Coordinate Experience System with UK and Importers to make the best effort for experience center, with defining and establishing the company Instructor system to support different events.
- Develop event guidelines and ensure dealers understand and follow those for each event.
- Manage and track the budget, according to company's financial requirements.
- Support the dealer marketing activities, dealer incentive program with particular focus to experiential elements.
- Support all other sales and marketing functions to achieve the overall business objectives.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree a must
- Experience in marketing, especially event management area for at least 5 years
- Self motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change
- Ability to multitask and set priorities, with attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to lead a team and influence key stakeholders and opinion formers
- Has customer-focused mindset, responsible, integrity, innovative and drive for result
- Good in Microsoft office software's' practices
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin.
