General:

- The leader of Reliability Engineer is responsible and accountable for leading and managing reliability function team in the organization to ensure reliability and mechanical integrity of the assets. He/she will have overall management of reliability function to focus on equipment reliability and continuous improvement and implementing company and industry best practices where practical.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management of reliability function team
- Proper tracking of reliability KPIs and complete required report
- Overall responsibility of sites reliability programs development and implementation
- Develop and monitor multi-years reliability improvement plan, which will include the development and execution of capital and expense projects for failure prevention and continuous improvement
- Ensure lessons learned, best practices, action items of reliability incidents are communicated and incorporated in the design of new projects and new technical specification

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Petro-Chemical industry related to Maintenance and Reliability, and minimum 2-3 years supervision experience
- Have a working knowledge of fixed and rotating mechanical equipment, instrumentation, electrical, piping and utility systems
- Experience in the use and implantation of advanced maintenance and/or reliability strategies and practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Good coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills

Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in reliability program/tools such as RCM, FMECA, RCA, - Cycle cost analysis, Weibull analysis, etc.
- Good knowledge and experience in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance techniques and Program.
- Knowledge or Experience in project management, especially in specification and system design, knowledge of ASEM and API standards will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage
