Qualification 基本要求:
Education/教育程度:
Bachelor Degree or above with major in electric engineering or similar major.
本科， 电气工程、自动化或者相近专业。

Language/语言:
Good written and reading in English, Good at oral English.
良好的英语读写能力，口语流利。

PC Skill/电脑:
Good computer skills, be familiar with OFFICE, AutoCAD，etc.
良好的电脑操作技能，熟悉相关办公软件，AutoCAD等。

Professional Experience /专业经验
-At least 5 years maintenance experience in multinational manufacturing factory
Be proficient in PLC, such as Mitsubishi PLC, AB (Rockwell) PLC
Prefer applicant with background of automatic production line
Be familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic system, and be familiar with all kinds of mechanical components
拥有至少五年的跨国公司设备维修经验。
熟悉一些品牌的PLC，例如三菱，AB，对编程和程序诊断有分析能力
拥有自动线的维护经验更佳。
熟悉液压、气动系统的工作原理。

Main Responsibility主要职责:
-Keep the production equipment well maintained, and introduce new way to improve the production processes.
确保生产设备处于***状态，引进新方法改进生产工艺
-Take responsibilities for equipment preventative maintenance (PM), troubleshoot-ing/repair works and continues improvement of equipment &process for the purpose of product quality, productivity, m/c capability & safety.
负责设备的预防保养，故障排除及维修，对与产品质量，生产率，机器产能/安全有关的
目进行持续改进。

Daily Duties日常工作:
Initiate & handle spare parts management work In .
发起并主持备件管理工作
Evaluate & collect vendor source for equipment /components, setup spare parts system and maintain reasonable spare parts inventory.
参与评估收集设备/零件供应商，建立备件体系，维持合理的备件库存。
Be the coordinator of determine area, and help other area’s equipment problems.
作为维修协调员，负责协调特定区域的设备紧急维修，对自己负责区域大设备停机率负责；并积极参与其他维修工程师负责区域的设备故障维修。
Take part in PM activities
参与设备保养活动
Take part in new equipment phase in project.
参与新设备引进工作.
Perform equipment / components failure analysis, and work together with PT to modify / optimize design/ running of equipment for continue improvement.
对设备/零件进行故障分析，与PT一起对设备持续改进，从而使设备运行在***状态。
Provide training & instruction to maintenance technician.
给维修技术员提供培训和指导。
Perform the assignments by supervisor
