岗位职责
1.Actively support senior team members in the review and execution of investment opportunities
2.Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities
3.Assist with the investment proposal process, including intial investment screening
4.Assist with preparations of financial/valuation models
5.Participate in business, legal, and financial due diligence
6.Update investment database periodically

任职资格的具体描述：

1.Undergraduate/master degree from a top-tier school; minimum GPA 3.5 or top 5% of the class
2.Proficiency in excel modeling a plus
3.Good understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling
4.Strong interest in PE investing
5.Attention to detail, good organizational skills
6.Billigual in Mandarin Chinese and English; excellent oral and writing skills in both languages
7.Self-starter, ability to work well under pressure
8.Strong interpersonal skills, good team player
9.0-1 year of experience
薪酬福利
职位年薪：30-50万
薪资构成：底薪 + 提成
