职位描述

Reporting To:

China OEM Manager

Position Responsibilities:
? Developing senior management and mid-level employee relationships within OEM's to drive the Motorola OEM solution within the customer account.
? Develop existing and new OEM customers in East of China to achieve forward looking targets, given the length of time between winning design-ins and manufacture.
? Assist existing East of China OEM partners with joint sales calls to educate their customers as to the benefits of the Motorola products
? Work with the OEM customers to ensure that the teams are educated, supported, and trained in the Motorola OEM products
? Facilitate and support joint demand generation initiatives with the APAC OEM Marketing Team.
? Attend internal planning meetings/conference calls with the regional OEM team.
? Ensure SFDC is updated and accurate on no less than a weekly basis.
? Focus on driving SDC (software decoder) business in Chinese cell phone manufacturers.
? Ensure all new deals have adequate legal coverage via NDA and contracts
? Ensure immediate execution and follow up of any prospective design-in, via the internal Executive Approval Process
? Have complete and total focus on achieving revenue targets whilst exceeding margin expectations
? Reply to email requests for information promptly and accurately


Qualifications:
? The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of successful sales and or channel sales experience.
? Have a technical understand of either OEM business, software selling, AUTOID or barcode scanning
? Ability to develop customer relationships at all levels of the organization
? Strong understanding of Motorola technology and solutions
? Self-motivated, Entrepreneurial, Resourceful and able to work independently.
? Ability to interface with teams across geographic boundaries.
? Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and execute on needed priorities to drive the business.
? Must reside or be able to move to East of China, preferably Shanghai.
? Multi or Bi-lingual Skills an advantage.
? Detail oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
