Responsibilities:
职责
1、Establish and maintain procedures for finance and accounting, ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards and statutory laws
建立和维护合资公司财务会计制度，确保其符合公司财务政策制度符合会计准则和国家相关法律的规定

2、Lead preparing the accounting records, month-end close process, prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis for plant and corporate management.
负责财务数据的编制，月末结帐，编制定期及临时财务报表及分析，为公司管理层提供财务报告及分析

3、Oversee cost accounting of the plant, including establish costing system and prepare analytical reports
负责工厂的成本核算，包括建立成本核算系统和编制成本分析报告

4、Lead annual budgeting process including coordinating information from various functional areas up to submission of final reports
负责年度预算，包括协调收集各部门的数据信息，并提交最终的报告

5、Treasury management/reporting, cash flow planning to ensure sufficient funds available to support smooth operations
负责编制资金管理/报告和现金流计划，确保足够的资金支持平稳的运营

6、Liaise with internal/external auditors, banks, tax authorities and relevant authorities
联系内部/外部审计、银行、税务机关和其他相关部门

Requirements:
要求
1、Possesses a recognized accounting degree or professional accounting qualification
国家认可的财务会计相关专业，本科及以上学历

2、A matured personality with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in general accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing concern
个性成熟，具有制造业5年以上财务会计和财务分析经验

3、Familiar with PRC GAAP requirements and able to ensure compliance, familiar with US GAAP is a plus
熟悉中国会计准则，能够确保遵从性，熟悉美国公认会计准则优先

4、Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing costing and accrual accounting; current & deferred tax computation
具备制造成本和会计知识，熟悉中国税法要求

5、Meticulous, strong analytical & problem solving skills, able to work independently
能够独立工作，细心，分析和解决问题的能力强,

6、Good interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate between internal stakeholders and with external contacts
良好的人际交往能力，能够有效地沟通和协调内部利益相关者和外部联系人的关系

7、Proficient in English and Mandarin with above average oral & written communication skills
