职位描述

Position: Sales & Key Account Manager-Fortune 500 European Company
Report to: Senior Sales Manager
Industry: Industrial Industry
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

1)Continue to research, identify & develop new sales opportunities and new accounts in assigned region or market.
2)Develop sales strategy plan for the assigned region or market
3)Complete necessary paperwork with Sales Manager and Inside sales (quote, pro-forma invoices, etc.)
4)Develop and nourish sound working relationships
5)Determine needs of current & new products and relay pertinent information to appropriate contact points in the plants (forecasts, product requirements, quotations, etc)
6)Manage personally or coordinate delivery of responses to above requests with customer
7)Support Product Managers in the quotation development process. Negotiate price and terms to close on opportunities at acceptable margins. Follow-up on open quotations
8)Manage any issues related to product quality, payment or credit terms
9)Lead contract/pricing negotiations with support from Market Managers/Product managers
10)Act as facilitator for customer visits with appropriate market/product managers and technical staff
11)Remain updated on the client's situation and react proactively to any change in the client situation
12)Strategic planning and budgeting support with Sales Manager in China. Develop detail account and opportunity information in assigned region in China required to support the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes

Requirements:

1)Bachelor's Degree (prefer technical background)
2)3 -5 years of field sales experience or account management of technical and engineered products
3)Experience in selling to customers in the Radiation Detection markets is highly preferred.
4)Outside sales experiences with a proven track record to deliver commercial results.
5)Well versed in sales and commercial practices.
6)Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
7)Good command of both written and spoken English
