-For our Industry Sector in AnShan,we are looking for a SFAE 西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司Operational Procurement执行采购.

What are my responsibilities?
1.Issue Purchase Order
In order to meeting project delivery schedule, under the requirement of purchase request, issue purchase order in SAP, send PO to the vender by fax and get the confirmation from the vender.
2.Trace the Purchase Order
In order to guarantee material availability for project execution, trace each released PO by vendor confirmed delivery date and PM required delivery date, pushing vendor for solution in case of failure to meet requirement, maintaining relevant information in contract following system.
3.Invoice Verification
In order for the correction of payment to vendors, check the price and goods receipt information in SAP with physical invoice, deliver the invoice with the GR document to Accounting Department for booking.
4.Monitor Vender Performance
In order to support for vendor evaluation, collect the vender performance information in daily work and send to responsible purchase engineer as evidend to do vendor annual evaluation.
5.Order Filing
In order to manage document effectively, file purchase order and other related document correctly according to company related circular regulation. 6.Other Tasks Assigned by Team Leader or Department Manager

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. 1 ~2 year related experience.
2. Preferred major in supply chain, procurement and logistic management.
3. Good communication skills.

What else do I need to know?
1. SAP knowledge
2. Advanced excel skills
