职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Maintain and troubleshooting for all automation equipment and production lines in BYQ plant, such as tower MCC, kiln MCC, hydraulic presses, stretch hood machine, PIMS, etc.
2. Automation hardware and software management, including documenting and spare part managing. e.g. PLC ,SCADA,HMI panel, industry PC, automation network .
3. Automation engineering support for investment project as well as process improvement of production and EHS, including control process design and automation specification.
4. Assist M&E dept. manager for investment project management , template fill in, file compiling , drawing in CAD, documents sorting, etc.
5. PIMS improvement for production and maintenance , as well as developing various analysis modules
6. Processing control logic studying for PLC program and hydraulic system, and documenting as knowledge training material.
7. Knowhow training for technicians in terms of automation process control and hydraulic control
8. Coordinating mechanical maintenance and electrical maintenance, as well as production for automation trouble shooting
9. Coordinate and cooperate foreign technicians for automation engineering project and trouble shooting.
任职要求：
1. More than 3 years of automation and electrical engineering with SIEMENS automation product
2. University education
3. State certification of electrical engineer or automation engineer
4. PLC hardware and software with SIMATIC S5 and SIMATIC S7
5. SCADA configuration with WINCC and INTOUCH
6. Electrical control design and process control instrument
7. Sensor and transmission technology
8. Hydraulic and pneumatic system
9. AUTOCAD or INVENTOR，MS-Office
