Position Summary:

？ Provide BS & sales team with training program on products, sales techniques, customer service and personal grooming to increase the company sales in line with training strategy

？ 配合公司的培训战略，为销售团队提供培训课程，包括产品、销售技巧、顾客服务和个人护理等，以提升公司的销售额。



职位描述：

- To provide BS & sales team with training program on products, sales techniques, customer service and personal grooming to increase the company sales.

- 为美容顾问团队提供培训课程，包括产品、销售技巧、顾客服务和个人护理等，以提升公司的销售额；

- To coach BS in field to insure what BS learned in class is used as well as to make sure BS has high standard of knowledge and service performance.

- 在店头指导美容顾问实施课堂学习的内容，确保美容顾问有良好的产品知识及高标准的服务水平；

- Ongoing monitor the BA performance and individual productivity with key KPI in field.

- 持续用店头的关键KPI数值监督美容顾问的工作表现和个人单产；

- To work with the sales team in evaluating BS the sell techniques, productivity, service standard.

- 与销售部合作评核美容顾问的销售技巧、生产力及服务水平；

- As a good mentor to coach the BS in field & sales team.

- 担当优秀的导师，从旁指导美容顾问在现场及销售团队的工作；

- To conduct beauty class for regions.

- 进行区域性的美容讲座；

- Be a good model to present the Brand spirit.

- 树立良好榜样来展示公司的品牌精神；

- Any other tasks as and when required where deem appropriate.

- 其它任何需要完成的任务；


岗位需求：

- Min. high school graduation, at least 3 years sales or training experience with a luxury cosmetic brand;

- 高中以上学历,最少3年以上高端化妆品销售或培训经验;

- Familiar with cosmetic sales model and skills, excellent communication and customer service skills

- 熟悉化妆品销售模式及技巧, 良好的沟通能力以及客户服务技巧;

- Fluent Mandarin with pronounce correctly

- 流利的普通话，发音准确

- Good team work skill

- 良好的团队合作技巧；

- Excellent PPT skill

- 优秀的PPT演示技巧；

- Good presentation skill
