Job Description:
1.Processing on a daily basis all general ledger accounting transactions, making sure that the company operates smoothly and providing accurate financial statements. Handle bank related transactions ensuring all bank transactions processed timely and accurately. Providing local statutory accounts and make sure that financial information is disclosed properly. Make review and process expense reports, in compliance with Reichhold's global policies and making sure ontime payment. Assist with generating internal company policies which are complying to the Reichhold Global Policies and make sure policies are strictly followed and communicated.
2.Provide fixed assets completion forms and be the prime contact for the Shared Service Center in Rotterdam, following their instructions reference to financial closings, audits.
3.Deal with all kinds of ad hoc projects certainly in the light of building a new plant; setting up fixed assets in SAP and maintaining it locally.
4.. Communicate with Administration, Banks and other external organizations.

Job Requirement:

·Familiar with ordinary VAT taxpayer
·Experience in drafting local statutory annual accounts
·3 - 4 years or more working experience in multinational companies and in leading a finance/accounting team
·Good English ability both in speaking and writing.
·Good communication skills and computer skills
·Good SAP skills
·Team work spirit and proactive.

·University graduate or above, major in Finance, accounting, auditing.Certificate of accountant is necessary (CPA preferred)
