1）开发线上经销商；
2）签订合作协议；
3）给经销商足够的信心，将业务逐渐做大做强；
4）协调经销商关系，平衡经销商矛盾；
5）制定或者参与制定考核机制，全年计划，销售策略包括价格结构，经销商合同，授权书等文件；
Requirements:
1) 全日制专科以上学历，5年以上电商运作经验；
2）带领过团队，食品、婴幼儿产品行业优先；
3）团队销售业绩需达到千万/年以上；
4）懂得线上经销商运营以及奖罚措施的制定；
5）要有融合的心态和努力进取的精神。
