职位描述：
1.To develop and execute master startup plan for commissioning, qualification and verification phase, designed to achieve a vertical start-up with sustained performance.
2. To develop technical document about process as the operation standard, ensure its good execution
3. To continually review existing practices to ensure compliance with Food Union’s standards, and seeking improvements in manufacturing performance, product quality, cost and renovation of existing products
4. To lead the Thermal and CIP validation, ensure food safety and product quality.
5. To manage the change on process, equipment, RM/PM and consumables materials, and operators
6. To assist team the timely launch of new products to the Market as per agreement with the business unit
Qualifications:
1. Degree or equivalent in Food science/technology or similar technical field/category
2. 3 to 5 years’ experience in dairy manufacturing process (UHT, pasteurized milk, Yoghurt, cheese, etc.)
3. The experience on start-up phase. (good demand on the commissioning process for different category)
4. Management exposure across several functions.
5. Product and Process Mastership including knowledge of materials and suppliers (UHT, pasteurized milk, Yoghurt, cheese, etc.)
6. Good demand on quality system (HACCP, PAS220, etc.)
7. Good knowledge on CIP and Thermal verification and validation
