Main Responsibilities
- Own yearly Media plan for ACUVUE®, owned and paid. This will be mainly digitally driven, so this is the critical requirement for the job
- Build relevant content that will follow the consumer journey and IMC process. Ensure the relevant budget is associated to each consumer journey steps, with a particular attention on tackling the Zero Moment of Truth
- Assist the marketing manager on mega brand communication plan related to ACUVUE®. Be accountable for the communication plan execution excellence, KPI setting, result analysis and success sharing across the organization.
- Collaborate with other marketing peers from local to regional and Global to ensure consistent communication across whole ACUVUE® portfolio.
- Manage external agencies and cross‐functional teams for marketing plan execution, budget & result tracking/analysis + success sharing
- Creative, innovative and relevant consumer and professional campaigns materials for both online & offline (POA, digital platforms, including our new CRM)
Capability required:
- Strategic thinking on brand building/annual business plan
- Good understanding of Chinese consumer insights & professional insight, know how to leverage regular research or ad hoc research to collect/dig out the related insights
- Be a master of digital and social media and used to lead agencies on planning & execution to deliver best in class content
- Be able to Influence global/regional partner to develop communication message and assets with Chinese insights, in China market context.
- Cooperate with Professional marketing and PA team to ensure the good communication/training of brand philosophy with ECP
- Cooperate with Trade market for customer program/ in-store merchandising/in –store activation for Beauty and mega brand
- Cooperate with digital/e-commerce team to drive Mega brand awareness and preference, beauty business growth on line
- Cooperate with GSI (Global Strategic Insight team) to lead the research and insights knowledge gathering for China
- Follow up & influence sales team on front line execution and tracking
- Sensitive to numbers and market dynamics, with the capability to change the insight/# into executional plan
- Willing to thrive and share excellent results to serve as an APAC and Global example.

Background required
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, or Business Administration strongly preferred
- 6+ years in experience in digital and social media and content + with strong analytical skills in multiple markets showing a progression of responsibilities
- Possess business knowledge and acumen with an awareness of media trends
- Experience in creating Connections and Content for businesses required. Need to demonstrate success for building assets who generated brand love.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and upper management to impact decision-making; Willingness to “have an opinion” backed up by insight and the confidence to influence key stakeholders in meetings and one to one basis
- Outstanding and clear communication skills; Ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and articulate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely
- Able to anticipate/proactively manage the needs of constituents in a complex, fast-paced environment)
- Capable of challenging the status quo and explore and defend innovative ideas. Agile and able to change behavior across range of situations, strong change management capabilities
- Direct experience with establishing systems and processes and setting and delivering specific, measurable objectives
- Marketing, business/strategic planning and/or new product development experience required
- Job will have no direct reports, however will require critical collaboration and influencing skills as other stakeholders in China, APAC and in the Global organization will need support execution and success. It is also critical that the agencies are seen as partners and collaborators to achieve best in class success.
