职位描述：
1. To understand the trends and changes of market, develop and implement a successful solicitation strategy for regional market segments in order to meet and/or exceed revenue goals.
2. To analyze opportunities, select realistic objectives, develop, implement and control effective strategies and sales plans, direct and manage sales activities to maximize revenue potential.
3. To increase occupancy, average rate and profits through planning, guidance, and training of sales personnel.
4. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
5. To prospect new clients (start-up) to generate business by any and all means available. Plan and implement an on-going clients’ pipeline in order to create new revenue and acquire valuable contacts and contracts.
6. To maintain a sales filing system, create individual account files, and monitor the library of database.
7. To establish sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances.


Qualification
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality industry or related field;
- Minimum 8 years sales experience with at least 6 years of leasing/ sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Excellent verbal and written skills of English;
- To manage time and accounts with optimum efficiency.
- Create a good sales environment for sales’ team
