职位描述：
Responsible for all purchasing and materials management functions, policies,plan and programs including forecasting manpower and facilities requirements;establishing prcurement standerds, policies and key vendor relationships/ partnerships
Develop strategies to assure continuous supply and timely procurement of raw materials and supplies in order to maintain maximum production levels at optimum costs consistent with quality and quantity specifications
Develop and implement product and part movement
Build, manage and retain a well trained and highly motivated purchasing of staff who is capable of performing the required duties and playing a key role in meeting the corporate growth goal
Interface with global purchasing management teams, monitor China supply enviroment,develop commodity strategies, manage supplier relationships,manage supplier business processes, drive cost reduction initiatives, drive technology improvements and support new programs
Knowledge：
Expert in utilizing ERP/ SAP system
Good understanding of different Raw materials related to the products
Be an expert in controlling the flow of goods and the related to processes
Skill
Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
Fluent in English
Good MS Office knowledge
