Job summary

？ General Manager Assistant:
* to assist the General Manager in all oral and written translation and interpretation from
Mandarin to English and vice versa for internal and external usages
* to organize travelling activities including flights, accommodations & meetings arrangements
* to communicate with non-English speaking partners on behalf of GM as per his instructions

？ Marketing Assistant:
* to help in all matters related to marketing staff reception & shipment, storage, stock
recording and follow up
* to support the organization of congresses, seminars and other marketing events of
importance

？ Shanghai’s office and administration Assistant (when present at office):
* in charge of all mailings & parcels reception & sending
* responsible of office supply
* to answer office phone calls and be the 1^st contact of visitors

· CAP Marketing Supervisor

Preferred profile and experience

Qualifications

§ English fluent

§ Any scientific background is a plus

§ IT skills useful

Experience

§ Experienced in office administration

§ Having worked in a foreign environment

§ 020 experience or knowledge is prior

§ Well skilled in using Excel, Power Point and Word softwares

§ Precise and well organized

§ Easily communicative in both languages

§ Able to understand Western & Chinese cultures and related mindsets
