销售经理 (涂料与油墨-北方区)
Sales Manager, Coatings and Ink, North China
.
1. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
? Set up and achieve KPI for North China’s Coatings and Ink business in alignment with regional & country strategy
? Lead team to deliver sales growth target in both volume and margin. Build strong team to reach KPI assigned by the company, obtains orders, and manage team by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
? Ensure smooth sales transaction from contract negotiation, order placing to account receivable.
? Work closely with suppliers, business development & marketing team to commercialize the New business projects.
? Demonstrate customer ownership: plan, formulate and implement strategic accounts plan, build up & maintain customer relationships in multi-levels, set up & update customer profiles, act as a customer coordination point for new business projects, complain handling, account receiving, etc.
? Make customer demand forecast with inaccuracy of within 20% or accuracy between 80-120%, work with supply chain team to meet inventory turns target and On-Time & In-Full delivery to customers.
? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by receiving product knowledge training from internal technical expert or suppliers or self-learning from WEconnect; establishing personal networks; getting knowledge/successful cases sharing from internal community. Provide basic trouble shooting technical services to the customers.
? Monitors and record the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, technical trends, demands, frequency of visit & relationship to our customers, merchandising techniques, etc.
2. Key Skills & Abilities
? Bachelor/Master is a must.
? 8 years of sales & marketing experiences in Coatings with 2 years sales experiences on dealing multinational companies.
? Sales Professional skills: resourceful, rapport building, customer relationship, presentation skills, negotiation skills, account management skills, account planning and demand forecast, conflict management, etc.
? Commercial knowledge to close the deal and ensure sales transaction.
? Ability to identify the problem & challenges customer facing.
? Product and Industry knowledge in Coatings and related basic technical skills
? Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) language in oral and written.
