Senior HR Officer - Recruitment and Development
Duties
1. Seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within the company for the China region.
2. Perform total rewards market competition and employee benefits analysis on a regular basis, reviewing Santa Fe’s competitive advantage to attract talents.
3. Develop and implement recruitment, selection and on-boarding process with the aim of hiring and retaining talents.
4. Plan, deliver, and monitor effectiveness of training and development programs and follow-up to ensure training and development objectives are met.
5. Work in partnership with the management to drive organizational transformation, employee engagement and recognition,
6. Promote and implement the corporate culture, draft and edit company bulletin/ brochure/ publication, plan and organize company events.
7. Act as all HR functions backup when any HR team member is absent, and ensure there will be not any missing and escalation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor above degree, HR related certification would be preferred.
2. Sufficient oral and written English skill, good computer skills (Word/Excel/PPT),
3. 5+ years above Human Resources management experience, headhunting experience and sufficient recruiting resources/channels are required.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, independent and good problem resolving abilities, team player with can-do attitude.
5. Intelligent, proactive, diligent, with a strong constitution to work under high pressure.
