职位描述：
以市场销售部为主导的采购执行与管理，对进出口方面的物资进行预估与判断。

1、负责除3个大供应商商之外的商品采购，合同执行。包括进口和国内采购
2、负责与供应商的接洽、谈判，控制采购费用、降低采购成本
3、收集、整理商品信息并转交相关部门
4、负责供应商信息的管理和维护
5、参与部分重大合同的谈判、风险分析等
6、危机上报
7、客户投诉，反馈至供应商处并与供应商协调处理 举报 分享
