Daily work日常工作:
1. Cost accrual, reimbursement and payment;
负责公司成本费用类科目计提及付款;
2. Check payment claim, supporting documents and Fapiao of all cost ;
负责审核与成本有关的银行付款单据
3. John Hopkin Accrual and check against accrual
John Hopkin的预提及付款时冲预提核对
4. PAC GLOBAL insurance accrual and related work
PAC保险的计提及相关工作
5. Bookkeeping bank vouchers
编制责任范围内的银行付款凭证；
6. Accrual revenue and cost for both billed and unbilled.
已开账单及未开账单的月底成本收入计提；
7. Reconcile government charges and duties and make adjustment;
负责公司政府费科目清理及duty差异调整；
8. Monthly upload cost from SUN to ORBIS;
每月整理导入ORBIS系统成本数据
9. Generate balance sheet breakdown
编制责任范围内的资产负债表明细
10. Internal revenue reallocation and internal transaction reconcile.
内部收入分配
11. RM DN manual enter into SUN
RM手输账单
12. Reconcile chart account pre-deposit 162,245,251 etc.
相关breakdown科目的调整 (预付、162、245、251等）
13. Inventory bookkeeping and checking
存货的采购及耗用的账务处理
14. Deferred revenue and cost bookkeeping
递延收入和成本的记账工作
15. Month ending exchange variance adjustment
月末汇兑损益的调整分录
16. Accrual Salary，contribution, pension and commission
每月工资社保公积金等计提

Qualification（任职资格）
-财务相关专业，专科以上学历;
-2年以上会计工作经验;有会计上岗证
-英语读写能力熟练;
-工作细致，踏实，有责任感，团队合作精神; 举报 分享
