Responsibilities: 工作内容

Financial works should be done in relation to but not limited to:

财务工作应涉及但不仅限于：

1、Petty cash and bank management: book keeper, Check applicants’ payments in cash or bank transfer and issue the VAT invoice

备用金及银行账户的管理：账薄保管，核查各支付款项及处理付款相关事宜，开具增值税发票

2、Do bank running

处理银行日常业务

3、Records disbursements, expenses and other payments

登记日常各项费用支出

4、 Assists in preparing required reports

协助准备相关的财务报告

5、Other tasks as required

根据工作需要公司安排的其他工作

职位要求 Requirements:

1、Familiar with the procedure of tax declaration

熟悉税务申报流程

2、Familiar with statistic work

熟悉统计相关工作

3、Junior College degree, major in Accounting or equivalent

大专以上学历，主修财务及相关专业

4、At least 1 year experience as cashier, work in foreign companies will be an advantage

有一年以上出纳相关工作经验，有外企相关工作经验者优先考虑

5、English is a necessary skill but can communicate is accepted

具有一定的英文沟通能力

6、Team work spirit and proactive

团队工作精神及主动性

7、Good communication skills and computer skills esp. Office

良好的沟通能力及Office软件应用能力
