Internal Controls and Process Improvement Manager，Lean & 6sigma

职位描述:

1. 为持续改进方案提供专业知识的支持（如六西格玛），以杜绝浪费，削减成本，增加收益；
2. 参与促进公司经营方法改善活动；
3. 引导和实施公司六四格玛绿带和黑带项目；
4. 协调、计划和实施持续改进项目；
5. 协助建立战略和战术层面上的持续改进计划，并主导实施，帮助解决遇到的问题；
6. 根据赛峰的准则协助计划、设计和实施公司综合风险管理；
7. 风险估计：比较风险，识别、描述、估计潜在风险对公司经营的影响；
8. 风险评价：以组织建立的标准比较预计的风险，如成本、法律要件、环境因素，也包括对公司以前的风险管理进行评价；
9. 风险报告。

职位要求:

本科以上学历，专业不限，如有LSS或SS相关课程或培训经历优先；

至少3年以上大型跨国企业从事流程改善、优化工作经验，或从事过6Sigma、Lean咨询工作；

具备良好的交流和合作技巧；

学习能力强，结果导向，有团队精神。

有项目管理经验优先。
